I am so excited about the great response regarding my new book Keto for Life, 28 Day Fat-Fueled Approach to  Weight Loss! I am posting two pictures of my husband David. You will see before and after photos of him which show his 25 pound weight loss. He is so proud of himself and now he thinks he is a stud. David has so much added energy since his weight loss. He really embraced Keto eating and loves the satiating food. Some of you have been hearing the buzz about Keto and wonder what it is and how it works. Keto is a high fat, medium to low protein, and low carbohydrate diet. Actually I like to say Keto is a lifestyle eating plan that taste delicious and more importantly, it works! Your body favors burning sugar for energy, but when there is little to no sugar it resorts to burning fat. Watch the pounds roll off!
